Alex Armaos is a Greek-Dutch lawyer with registered offices in Athens, Greece. He practices law since 2002 and has been passing through several legal fields of expertise throughout the years, with emphasis on civil and commercial law. This eventually led him to the field that truly won him over and where he has been active almost exclusively in the recent years: real estate and property law.

Being the son of a Dutch mother and a Greek father and having lived during his teenage and student years in the Netherlands, Alex has elements of both cultures and mindsets engraved in his DNA, combining the Greek flexibility, ingenuity and a warmer and more personal approach to the client with the Northern European organized, direct, effective, no-nonsense mentality. This results to a better communication with the foreign client who wants to purchase property in Greece,  mutual understanding and a more effective connection of his needs and demands to the Greek real estate reality.

The office's clientele consists almost exclusively of international clients and legal entities, either investors who see great opportunities in Greek real estate to increase their portfolio or ordinary individuals who wish to buy a second home in Greece.

Alex and his team provide full legal services from A to Z, including all legal aspects related to the purchase or sale of property. For clients with a busy schedule everything can be done from a distance, without the client ever having to come to Greece, except to collect the key of his newly bought house.
