We pursue a collaboration with you, meaning you can still look around on the internet yourself, but if you see something that appeals to you, simply copy the link of the intended property and send it to your property purchase advisor. We will then research it for you.

After our in-depth research into the market, you will receive a list of all available properties that meet your search criteria. To this end, we will contact all the reputable brokers in the area and also source the properties that are not for public sale, the so-called secret listings.

From this resulting list you compile a shortlist of the properties you want to know more about. We will investigate and report to you.

Once you are ready to take a next step, we will organise as many viewings as possible in the shortest possible time span. Our property purchase advisor will always accompany you to all viewings so that you can discuss them together afterwards.

Whenever you wish to negotiate about an opportunity on offer, discuss with your property purchase advisor what the best offer might be and under what conditions.

Should your negotiations ultimately lead to a satisfying deal for both parties, we will organise a preliminary purchase deed, including recommended dissolving clauses.

Upon your request we can organise and manage investigations into both the legal backgrounds of the property, and the technical state of maintenance. We can always direct you to independent, well experienced and affordable experts, with whom we have good experience and who are not directly related to the seller.

Once the due diligence phase has been completed to your satisfaction and all financial matters have been finalised, we shall work towards a final deed and transfer of the property at the notary.

We could introduce you to reputable mortgage advisors, as well as experienced tax consultants for choosing the right investment structure.

 

12.

You can also expect us to introduce you to reputable service providers, who can assist with architecture, refurbishments, interior decoration, garden maintenance, property management and security.
