Panagiota Perraki is a licensed attorney-at-law and member of Nafplio Bar Association. Continuing her family’s long and outstanding tradition in the fields of legal and notary services, she has nearly ten years of professional experience in the field of law gained by working in prestigious legal firms and practices based in Athens, spanning across various aspects of legal services, including but not limited to corporate, criminal and civil law consulting and litigation proceedings, with the primary focus being matters apt to immovable property law.
At present, Panagiota is operating her own legal practice and divides her work between Nafplion and Athens, where she is co-operating with notary offices and providing assistance in relation to controls, inspections and registration of immovable property title deeds and to regulatory and compliance matters associated with the national cadastral mapping. In addition, she is assisting international clients acting as their legal representative in various matters in connection with wills and immovable property transactions, including the issuance of Golden Visas for nonEuropean residents. Furthermore, she spearheads communications and monitors relationships with third-parties in relation to immovable property transactions, including civil engineers, accountants and financial institutions.
Her multifaceted experience presents our international clients with a diverse portfolio of service offerings. Together with her strong communication skills, work ethic and keen eye for detail, our international clients may rest assured that the optimal outcome to their affairs will be achieved, whilst remaining safeguarded against any drawbacks or disruptions to their undertaking that may potentially arise due to the complexities in the Greek bureaucratically demanding framework.
