Mallorca – Best Place to live in the world
Palma de Mallorca has been honoured by the Sunday Times with the title of “Best Place to live in the world”, topping a competition of 50 other cities.
The travel editors of the Times explained their choice that Palma was one of the “most picturesque cities in Spain”. It is a “pocket sized city that has everything.” Palma is described as a gateway to  beautiful Mallorca with its stunning beaches, with the journalists raving about the attractive flight connections to the island and praising the local gastronomy.

Mallorca real estate: clear price differences from the west to the east coast.
There are around 4,000 properties in Mallorca for sale on the Internet at the moment (2018). A study shows that prices for holiday properties are primarily determined by location. As one would expect, the level of quality is high on the island. Around half of the properties on sale are of superior standard. 

Finding real estate agents on the Baleares Islands is never hard. But finding the right one is the biggest problem. Who can you trust?
